We are proud to present you our brand new website for the ERC funded project: The Politics of Climate Change Loss and Damage (CCLAD).

Our project seeks to shed new light on how norm construction, conveyance and contestation are influenced by social and political practices both at the international and national level.

We have therefore structured our website and designed our logo following this logic: International negotiations (in yellow) cross Domestic policies (in blue) to form the L&D Transnational analyses (in green) which we will perform towards the end of the project.

In this website you can also find a repository of relevant papers related to Loss & Damage issues from a socio-legal perspective, and a calendar of all the events related to Loss & Damage.
